      Pros

      It’s friendly, inclusive, people tend to stay here for years, there is no big job turn around and the pay is very competitive. Sellstate Realty offers vacation and health insurance and pizza parties :) and birthdays are off too. The workplace culture is one of the best I have experienced in my career, there is no favoritism, just good people working together.

      Sellstate offers great synergy between departments and has such a positive company culture.

      Pros

      Lower Split then some other realtor companies MLM Format if you like that

      Cons

      Support is Lacking They took about their tech a lot but it doesn't match other companies A lot of emphasis on bringing in agents under you The training is very old fashioned If you are a high producing agent I would look elsewhere with a flat split as the 7% adds up quick and no cap means you are paying a lot for not much support
