Pros
Low entry barrier and no visa requirements.
Cons
1. “Flexibility” is nonexistent. One minute late can turn into six minutes deducted from annual leave, which says a lot about how things are run.
2. Very low-trust environment with constant micromanagement.
3. Workload keeps increasing, but performance reviews and recognition never happen. Meanwhile, employees are expected to “self-service” — for example, handling office moves (screens, desk risers) using their own cars.
4. Short-sighted leadership focuses on its own interests more than employees, long term growth and basic humanity.
