Worked in a leadership role with no direction from C-Level Executives. Long work hours for Directors and Managers. Tasks to be completed with unrealistic timelines or assistance. Very poor development plans for entry level employees. Outdated data for employees to call. Annual Reviews are never handled in a timely manner. Sometimes a quarter to two after the fact. Human Resources is hired only for firing purposes. (If a new HR rep starts expect layoffs) They won't do the dirty work themselves. Cowards at best.
