We take all claims of discrimination very seriously and any reports which are brought to our attention are investigated, and where appropriate, action is taken. We have policies in place to prevent harassment and discrimination of any kind and there are various channels for employees to come forward should they experience or observe any inappropriate behaviour.
We strive to create an inclusive and respectful work environment that reflects Sellick Partnership’s core values. In line with our commitment to providing a safe and encouraging environment for all our people, in 2019 we appointed several Diversity Champions in the business to spearhead and implement our equality and diversity strategy. As with all of our Committees across the business, our Diversity Champions are made up of volunteers that have a particular interest in diversity, and ensuring Sellick Partnership is an equal and inclusive employer.
Our employees’ health and wellbeing is also very important to us, and we have recently appointed a Health and Wellbeing Manager to implement wellbeing strategies ensuring we are always supporting employees in all areas of the business.
