Pros

I've been with SellerActive for nearly 2 years and have loved my time of employment. When I started we had a staff of roughly 12, that has tripled since I started. The benefits are extremely competitive and there are tons of perks that come along with the job. Most importantly, our company culture is far and away the best that I've ever been a part of. It is a close knit group that enjoys having fun while working hard. From a sales perspective there are endless opportunities to build a lengthy book of business, all that's required is a tireless work ethic, an ability to connect with people, and a brain. We have a dynamite sales staff that's willing to help coach all new employees and the training that new employees receive improves monthly! All in all, SellerActive is an awesome company with awesome people and we are looking for other talented coworkers to join the team!

Cons

It's a startup so the structure is changing pretty consistently. Have to be susceptible to change, 99% of the time it's always for the better! I also haven't won a game of ping pong since we moved to our new office, that's a con I suppose.

Pros

-Owner/CEO are good people who genuinely care about the well-being of their employees. -Good work and life balance: not a high pressure work environment. -Good compensation balance between pay, work environment (see above), and benefits. -Hierarchy and egos are minimally present and don't play a large role in the evolution of the business. Opinions and feedback are accepted and appreciated from all levels of employees. -Leadership team is very self-aware of successes and failures.

Cons

-Leadership team has at times, failed to successfully execute on some key initiatives that has hurt the overall success of the company. -Mistakes were made in the formation of the company culture that led to some issues with employee morale, many resolved but some ongoing with work left to do. -Mistakes were made in the past with allowing under-performing employees to linger far too long in their roles before being let go which hurt the overall well-being of the company.
