Pros

After working for 14 companies, I have never found an environment that is Pro Employee such as SellerActive. The company always puts their employees first. They work around your personal life and schedule, giving you the flexibility to work from and take a leave to attend personal/family matters. There is also Unlimited PTO!!! SA provides an environment to excel in, if you are willing to put in the work. Nothing comes easy in the world, but SellerActive makes it easy to be successful. If you "show up" and are willing to put in the work, the results will pay off. Your voice is always welcome and respected. I have never seen an environment where Upper Management takes the time to get to know their employees. In one of the fastest growing industries, SA is in a great space and position to be one of the industry leaders.

Cons

Typical bumps in the road with a start-up company. When you try to do to much, you can lose focus at the goal at hand. You can't make everyone happy, but you can try. There is a slight tilt in the pool table.

Pros

-Owner/CEO are good people who genuinely care about the well-being of their employees. -Good work and life balance: not a high pressure work environment. -Good compensation balance between pay, work environment (see above), and benefits. -Hierarchy and egos are minimally present and don't play a large role in the evolution of the business. Opinions and feedback are accepted and appreciated from all levels of employees. -Leadership team is very self-aware of successes and failures.

Cons

-Leadership team has at times, failed to successfully execute on some key initiatives that has hurt the overall success of the company. -Mistakes were made in the formation of the company culture that led to some issues with employee morale, many resolved but some ongoing with work left to do. -Mistakes were made in the past with allowing under-performing employees to linger far too long in their roles before being let go which hurt the overall well-being of the company.
