Good pay & easy enough to get paid more in same role Leave 30 days which is good, option to buy 2.5 days more Some great people around you, lots of opportunity to meet more people and build your interpersonal skills
Cons
Little trust from management No working from home unless in exceptional circumstances Management doesn't have great people skills. Culture divide between old and new T&C's (old are much better). Culture divide between industrial workers and days at times. Have to use a park and ride to get to work, adding a lot of time to the day and making it extremely hard to be flexible around family.
