The SL Graduate Scheme is fantastic as it provides 4 6-month placements across the business to learn from experienced colleagues and develop yourself. You get plenty of support for chartership and there are countless opportunities to develop yourself and your connections behind your day job.
Cons
Work does move slower due to a much higher level of quality being required than standard construction projects.
