      Good work life balance. Company are trying to drag themselves into the 21st. century. Internal promotions are fairly transparent.

      Cons

      Still a backwards, inefficient and outdated working culture (although this is improving with a move towards 'agile' working). New Ts&Cs are far worse than previous offers.

      Great salary for the role and diverse experience.

      Cons

      Delivering at Sub PM level but formal progression is slow and requirement to complete a workbook, training, 3 years experience and interview to gain formal promotion.
