      -Managers don't have a clue -If you are not a Cumbrian or have a family working there you will find it miserable working on site -Sinking ship -Waste of tax payers funds to sustain the community -Unconscious biased prevalent -Nepotism presence is indicative -Corvid 19 reveal pandoras box. 90% of the workers are not needed
