Pros
Short term onsite (like a month). Company is very transparent. Managers are easily approachable. Annual thm and encouragement to boost the employees. Clean and pretty office(interior).
Cons
Poor cafeteria , not much options Policy changes often. Italian company so it will be difficult to speak with Italian counterparts, as many of them don't know English well. As usual like everywhere there is some politics, but comparatively less.
