Great company to acquire experience as you'll probably wear many hats. You meet great people Opportunity to work in a fun environment where creativity and problem-solving are encouraged. Just work hard, maintain a positive attitude and do your very best to take the most advantage of this.
Cons
Compensation is kept at a minimum and the benefits do not compensate for it. You have to use your personal equipment (computer, laptop, etc.)
