Pros
when I was there before the sale to Equiniti it was a good place with regards to staff development access to training programs (paid for by the company ) bonus payment based on performance, working flexibility (special arrangements could be made at the local managerial level covering 40 hours week.)
Cons
Not much professional advancement and internal promotion as managers are usually recruit externally although they were willing to spend on development. salary was below the average and staff turnover was pretty high for a small company.
