Pros
Definitely the best part of my position is being able to work from anywhere in the world at any time of day, the only requirement being internet access. The editors are firm but easy-going, which really aids you in your writing in a constructive manner. You have a two-week deadline to complete an article, which is plenty of time to do it well without feeling pressured. Everyone here is extremely responsive, and are always readily answering responding to any email inquiries or questions that you may have.
Cons
After submitting an article, you must wait until the editors give you feedback, adjust the article based on the feedback, and wait again for the final confirmation. This process can take a week or so to finish, which may be tedious as you won't get a chance to start your next article or get your payment until the process is complete.
