      I love me as a manager and mentor. I'm very supportive of me and communicate very effectively to me. I would recommend 'me' ( or really yourself) as an employer. I feel like there is plenty of stability with me and that me will provide me with a superior work-life balance..

      Cons

      I can't blame others for mistakes or aspects of the actual work I don't enjoy.
