Decent paycheck and fun work environment.

There are no cons that I found.

SelfDesign is doing cutting edge work in the education space. No other organization understands how humans learn like SelfDesign. The organization is distributed so you can work from home. People are genuinely caring and are working at SelfDesign because they believe in the mission.

It is experiencing growing pains. Communication systems are insufficient. Sometimes you feel isolated and don't know how your work fits with the whole.
