Progressive, holistic, out-of-the-box organization. You are well supported by authentic heart-based people who believe whole-heartedly in the educational paradigm shift. Support has great communication skills and the community has really knit things together in the past year, despite rapid growth and balancing of many diverse interests. An absolutely fantastic place to work, self-actualize and give back to your co-workers and the families you support.
Cons
Changes happen often, which is beautiful, but it can be hard for things to catch up throughout the organization. It's definitely improving and becoming more integrated.
