The products are well-designed, reliable, and easy to sell, making it enjoyable to represent the company. Overall, it's a solid organization with a clear focus on both product quality and social responsibility.

I worked with a team that, unfortunately, fostered a high-tension work environment. Some of the senior staff exhibited behavior that felt dismissive and exclusionary, which contributed to unnecessary stress in the workplace. Instead of encouraging collaboration and growth, certain individuals seemed more focused on personal status, which hindered both team morale and overall company progression. While I respect the importance of diversity, I believe that in this particular case, issues were not appropriately addressed by upper management, including the regional manager. Constructive feedback and resolution of workplace dynamics could have greatly improved the situation and enhanced both the employee and customer experience.
