Thanks for taking the time to share your perspective. We recognize that times of growth and change can feel unsettling. Recently, we've welcomed new team members who, like all of our employees, bring deep expertise and a passion for doing great work. At the same time, we’re proud to have promoted over 30 team members in Q1 2025 alone, recognizing the dedication and impact of our internal talent. Still, we know that culture isn’t just about numbers—it’s about how people feel, and clearly, something didn’t land right for you. For that, we’re truly sorry. We’re actively listening and evolving to ensure we’re rewarding effort, growing with intention, and fostering a workplace where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Our goal remains to create a culture that people are proud to be part of—and we’re committed to that, every step of the way.
