Received a bump in pay when hired, great benefits. They do some things for employees during 4th quarter that others either don't or won't do.
Cons
Person hiring you is not always the one that will supervise you, and little input as to your level of progress. Cube farm. They tend to play favorites. Favored persons come in at 9, 9:30 and oftentimes do not work till 5 or past 5.
