Worst Culture - Anonymous employee Selene Employee Review

Nice Manager that actually cares about his/her team.

C-Level is so cold hearted, downright rude and completely out of touch. A few weeks after a great WLRG about empowering women and supporting them in the workplace, a C-Level female acted incomprehensibly disgusting. Blaming me for issues that were completely out of my control. Instead of supporting or mentoring me, I was blamed and criticized. The market has already started to rebound and some people are leaving. All the good ones should find better opportunities since Selene will NEVER appreciate good employees.

Hybrid work from home schedule

The management is so removed from the day to day functions and needs. Very poor choices made by C-level. Lots of arrogance at the C-level and they ignore the employees. Selene needs to clean house and hire educated and accomplished C-level individuals.
