      Pros

      you will get to know about how chatbot and web application works

      Cons

      - they don't have any employment policy - long working hour - unrealistic project dead line (1 week or may be few days) - while resigning they will hold your last 2 month salary, reason they will give it is in companies policy. And that policy they will never show you or mentioned in offer letter

      Thank you for posting a review. Addressing the major concern, you had which is with respect to the pay. For smooth execution of the exit process like knowledge transfer and other relieving formalities, company may hold salary and disburse it in FNF settlement. We also checked all the Full and Final Settlements till date. All were cleared as per the terms promised. Hope you received yours too. If not, email the HR immediately.

      - Good Learning Curve - Young crowd

      Cons

      - Work over Employee - Bad Leave Cycle - Amateur Skillset - No Fun at all - You will get exhausted within a couple of months - None Work Life Management - Zero accountability of a Management

We understand that you were not happy with the work-life balance. Being an early stage start-up you have to put in extra efforts. And the only way to improve the system is to work together as a team and not individually as employers & employees. But we are happy to know that your learning was good.

      You will get good exposure on chatbots basic chatbots and not very complex one

      Cons

      The list is so long you can't mention all in this tiny section
