As an intern sometimes it felt slow, meaning sometimes you'd get menial tasks (which need to get done regardless so it makes sense to have an intern do it), and at other times there was a distinct lack of things to do within the group. People are so into what they do that sometimes the company feels a bit divided, during the weekly company lunches on Friday this was particularly noticeable as very distinct groups formed consistently for social interaction.
