      Great company with good internal structures and support for personal growth. It’s rare for a company to put the well-being of their employees as a priority but SelectScience does it well. Flexible options and benefits for a healthy work life balance.

      Cons

      Work can be stressful at times, and workload occasionally overwhelming but the support from the team makes it manageable. Salary is slightly lower than the market average for this position.
