Select Quote does everything it can to give a great work life balance out side of AEP. Our agents are some of the highest paid medicare agents in the industry, and with the lowest attrition rate we have had in the past 5-6 years this just shows that people are being paid well, and sticking around for years and years. This is my forever job. I started out as an agent just a short 7 years ago, and have loved every position I have been able to be apart out.

You have to be comfortable with change. CMS changes rules and laws yearly, and sometimes that means we have to change some things within our business.

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone.
The workload far outweighs the pay.
