The pay structure and unrealistic expectations with sales demands, the "favorites" game and nonchalant "good cop vs. bad cop" scenario. I know some people who did great there (handful). They have 3 tiers; the top agents, the middle of the road "safe" agents and the chopping block. Who you know, what your past looks like (legally in terms of money concerning state and federal situations) and how you do are factors that determine your tier.
