Pros

Free leads and steady paycheck as W2

Cons

The leads are atrocious. Only level 1 receive good calls and even they struggle with most of what’s given to them. Comps are constantly changing and rules being changed. W2 salary doesn’t make up for earning way less per app compared to other brokers.

Pros

Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

Cons

The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

Pros

It’s a very large company.

Cons

Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
