      Pros

      Earning potential, food, nice parties pre covid, nice facilities, they have the best training for Medicare.

      Cons

      The make it harder to earn more, the hours during AEP are aggressive, the Supervisors micromanage the heck out of you. I mean you can't go to the bathroom with out coming back to a message. They put very young inexperienced people in positions of power people who don't have enough life experience. They seem to have favorites. I obviously was not one.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
