Pros

Training and trainers are great. I’ve been in the game for a while, yet I learned some new tricks. They make you feel like all of those bad job reviews came from losers who were angry that they couldn’t make it there. The warm fuzzy feeling of making the right choice lasts just long enough for them to get your contracting locked, then you are stuck there.

Cons

They take advantage of the elderly. Their “leads” are mostly outbound transfer calls, bated with free food cards or “stimulus” money that doesn’t exist. The fine print probably says it’s medicare, but they don’t know that. These poor people are then hounded by phone. You will speak to people every day who just spoke with another agent that week. The pay is astonishingly low. There are a lot of moving pieces, but it’s pretty much $13 per hour and $18 per sale. You only get 10 leads per day to start, 3 won’t have medicare, two just switched, 3 won’t have an SEP and 2 will be on med sups.

Pros

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Cons

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
