      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Not a healthy work environment. Very strict, micromanaging, nothing made real sense, bullying from managers, felt like I was living under a microscope. Will give rewards for doing well one week, then fire you while 8 months pregnant without warning.

      It’s a very large company.

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
