Pros
Everyone there is incredibly friendly and fun to work with (from employees, to management, to the executives). I saw all the negative reviews on here and felt compelled to explain my experience, as it was a positive one. I'm convinced that the folks on here that explain the AEP process wasn't a good one, are simply bitter because they personally weren't successful here. The training was great and you are set up for success, however, not everyone is a sales person! Which isn't a bad thing, it just means you won't be successful in a sales role at SelectQuote. I was middle of the pack, not bad but not amazing, and I was making a great living in the time I was there. For personal reasons, I had to resign, but I hope to return one day!
Cons
With hiring a large group of people, you are bound to get lots of varying personalities. With this, some folks were hired that probably shouldn't have been hired. This really slowed down the training process at time, while folks that were getting the material would be at a standstill while waiting for others to catch up. Lots of people came into this job thinking they would be successful, but they didn't have the work ethic or competitiveness to make it happen
