      Benefits are good. Training and coaching development is stellar. Remote work from home positions.

      Cons

      Lack of proper management. Young, unseasoned managers especially on the Health/Senior teams. There is no work life balance - work 10 - 12 hours days and on Saturdays.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
