The pay scale is not the best. There are some people that do really well. However, just be aware that you will sweat your way into that. The pay matrix is very detailed and involves more than just selling products . You also need to cross sell into other departments in order to make a great salary. If you don’t like being tied to the phone and somewhat micromanaged by a matrix that reports every few hrs this may not be the place for you.
