Pros

Thankful I left the company

Cons

- Work hours are exhausting - Supervisors do not care about you at all, and most have them have only been there for a year or less. - Hire way too many employees, so it is hard to earn a lot of money - During training they filled your head with many opportunities and things to be excited about (especially compensation) only to barley make anything while working 12 hour shifts. - It is horrible that they sell plans and manipulate elderly people who are in there 80s and 90s and clearly have no idea what is going on. - They said no cold calling but 90% of calls are people who you can not help or have no idea your an insurance agency. Screening is HORRIFIC!!!!!! - You have to go through SO many obstacles before even beginning training, and they trap you because you are not getting that refund back until you're employed for at least two months. Get ready to fork out over $500 before you even begin. - You will have NO social life - And lose your voice from talking so much and YELLING into your headset because a lot of elderly people are hard of hearing.
