Pros
You learn about Medicare, and the population you're helping does need what you sell. Working remote is nice.
Cons
Everything. They start you out by lying consistently, lying about your sales commission, they make it sound like you can make a down payment on a house by the end of busy season. You get 5 dollars per policy you sell. The training was a clustered disaster run by mostly miserable people. You do not leave training with a sense of readiness. You get a few inbound calls a day then you're cold calling the rest of the day, and they harass you non stop about being on the phones more, but fail to take responsibility for the fact that they're the ones controlling the amount of calls you get. Also predatory behavior. There have been countless times I've seen accounts where the notes state they have dementia, but it's all about that sale. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Based off reviews it used to be a great place to work, this year they changed everything and it's awful!!!
