Pros
Work hard, play hard is the name of the game. SelectQuote gives you every opportunity to succeed and listens to employees! They are very conscious what employees need and want and strive to make the office a great place to work.
Cons
Small company that has grown fast, has led to some salary issues but they are working towards making this a competitive place to work. Hoping they instill more employee benefits such as a more competitive 401k and better salary plans for non- agents who have no commission structure.
