      Pros

      Opportunity for growth since the company is growing fast. Love working at SQS and I actually don't mind coming to work everyday, which speaks for itself. Great people and great atmosphere- it's lively and competitive. Management is great and easy to work for and they truly do care about your success. Flexibility in hours and you determine your own success/paycheck. If you are driven and work hard, SQS is a great place to be.

      Cons

      In some seasons, agents have to work a good amount of hours. But that is the nature of sales, you determine your own success and sometimes that will require more time outside of the 40 hour work week. But it is worth it!

      Training was pretty good and they paid for licenses

      Cons

      Strange metrics and a lot of management changes, and a lot of chargebacks
