Pros

The income potential is great. If...you're willing to work hard, and that means 9-10 hours a day. They do offer a base, with really great benefits. If you learn their system, and just have the mentality of hitting the phones. You'll do well. 100+ dials, and 4-5 hour talk time on the phone. If you can do that you will make it. I had the best manager there. He was Great!

Cons

They did change the commission scale every couple of months. The goal post seemed to move quite a bit. You had to sell a certain number different products, which was more annoying than unattainable. All in all, the pros really outweighed all the cons. One should look inward if they fail at any endeavor.
