Pros

Great co-workers, nice office.

Cons

This used to be such an amazing company to work for. Now since we have new management, things are on a downward spiral. The morale is bad. Complicated commission plans, unattainable metrics for most months. On the the top "Favorite" agents get the good leads. They will lie and tell you that Tier 1, Tier 2 all the same leads. LIES, LIES, LIES! They actually think we are stupid enough to believe this! Only two managers here who actually care about their employees, the rest could care less. Stop playing favoritism, stop lying and give us all an equal, even playing field. No way we should have to look for 2nd jobs to supplement our incomes. You have agents here that can't even pay their bills. You should be ashamed!!!

Training was pretty good and they paid for licenses

Cons

Strange metrics and a lot of management changes, and a lot of chargebacks
