Pros
The people make the job worth while. Also the work environment is overall positive.
Cons
Stress, time "required" to work & be on our phones (even when there aren't calls), micro-management (emails, occupancy reports, etc.), unfair leads - the top agents get leads that the majority don't, while i can't provide proof on how calls are filtered, they don't make that public knowledge either. If you get in the whole from the beginning, they essentially give up on you, and it's impossible to dig yourself out.
