Pros

Lots of free leads with an easy to navigate sales platform. The company pays for all your insurance licenses and will guide you to achieve their sales goals from day 1.

Cons

Only offers minimum wage plus commissions to start. The money will come, it just takes six months or so. Most importantly, when the money does come, it can easily be over a $100,000 a year if you are really good at selling insurance over the phone.
