Pros

You don’t pay for leads. Inbound calls

Cons

Lead quality is garbage. They micro manage you. Pay used to be good now they set unrealistic expectations on you and make it very hard to get top comp payout. They are always finding ways to make you work more and pay you less.

Training was pretty good and they paid for licenses

Cons

Strange metrics and a lot of management changes, and a lot of chargebacks
