Pros

Entrepreneurial Rewards those who roll their sleeves up, take responsibility and believe in themselves enough to stick their neck out. For entry level: you will have ample opportunity to be exposed to more projects and client interactions than at network agencies For mid-level: you can lead without the hierarchical layers but you’ll have to be brave For senior level: here’s your chance to try out those agency development / change ideas that no one was willing to listen to at other agencies

Cons

This place is not for the faint of heart. If you’re looking for work/life balance, this is not the place, find a sleepy agency. This agency is about full-on, make it happen, whatever it takes, figure it out, type of environment. No one is tasked to hold your hand, tissue-wrap your feelings or listen to complaining. If you don’t like something, have the guts to change it. Courage is about facing your fear and stepping through it. We meditate. We do yoga. And yes, we wear Prada.

Pros

- Great office spaces and locations in different cities (all are a bit unique and have their own flair) - For the most part, employees are hard working, talented, and pleasant to work with - Not corporate at all so there's a nice laid back vibe - Half days on Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day are a huge plus and you get a solid amount of vacation, personal, and sick days - Most people actually take a proper lunch break and eat in the kitchen which is not typically the case at other agencies where everyone eats at their desks while working - Generally, hard-working employees are recognized with a raise/promotion - Caliber of clients tends to be strong

Cons

- Because of the casual work environment, people can be unprofessional... this is not the case for everyone, but there are some strong personalities (including amongst management) so you need to be okay with dealing with that - Promotions/raises will be on freeze if there's a lack of client work overall which can be really unfair if your client work is going well and you have been told you will get a promotion/raise - There's a sink or swim mentality and little training so this is not a good place for people who aren't comfortable learning as they go
