Good work/life balance, decent pay, and they invest in building your skillset. Culture is one where you feel like family (as cliche as that sounds) and colleagues are respectful.

      - Great pay & overall benefits - Excellent culture and management - "Family first" company w/ outstanding work/life balance - Unlimited sick leave/mental health days - Software developers are given agency & autonomy

      - PTO is lower than industry average - Lots of meetings at times - Agile implementation is inefficient
