      Pros

      If you like silly supervisors on site that just smoke and grass on anythink .and his brother has been caught sleeping all thel time and they still keep him the two lads have had lots of staff sacked on site people with family and kids to feed hope select are proud of this they need to be retained as suppervisers

      Cons

      Moved off site of a drop of a hat not getting payed on time asking for a meeting with a select boss Andy who has never come .

      Pros

      There aren't any pro's that spring to mind. I've only been with the company since September. And since i started Nothing seems right.

      Cons

      Well where to start. Management seem useless. Payroll don't do there job properly. There is no communication between supervisors and guards. Contracts get disputed when booking holidays even though it clearly stated how many your entitled to and when the holiday year starts and ends. Have to work when seriously ill.

      The other guards are very good and the current client is brilliant

      Cons

      The current challenge is Select themselves, They are very disorganized, The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. The management are a complete disgrace, The guards are not appreciated at all even though they put in very long hours and the pay is a joke
