      High turnover of all employees but specifically management, 1 minimal raise in 5 years, no transparency, no-one seems to know whats going on, credentialing is a hot mess

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
