      Pros

      Nice Facility, but they destroyed the staff morale when they took over

      Cons

      Ridiculous Productivity standards,(94%) humanly impossible to achieve , unless you lie and cheat. The patients and families also suffer as the staff is stressed and have no time to get to know the patients. It is numbers matter.. people don't That is the unofficial motto of Select Rehabilitation!

      Family oriented team, great pay, flexible schedule for students

      Cons

      Nurses do not help with meal passes, understaffed most of the time.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
