      The facility we work in is Fantastic....

      Cons

      The pressure put on coworkers, and the methods used by management to get the "productivity" they desire are insensitive to the people who are being treated and the staff who must treat these people....no such thing as a refusal or illness.

      Nurses do not help with meal passes, understaffed most of the time.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
