      Nice, clean facilities with friendly nursing staff and my regional manager is wonderful!

      Cons

      Had to wait one month for first paycheck as that is how their system works.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
