      Nothing thus far. Unethical compliance practices. Therapist license or their job are the two options. It’s a no-win situation

Regional directors are so cutthroat that they don’t remember that we are equal in our educational level and professionalism is a must and with this company that doesn’t matter you were treated as if you were nothing nothing

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
